At Medcon (https://mediconference.org) , we specialize in event logistics, registration assistance, and hospitality bookings. Because we deal exclusively in digital services and reservations, no physical products are shipped, and no physical shipping fees apply.

All confirmations, vouchers, and tickets are delivered electronically via the email address provided during the booking process. Please review our delivery timeframes and terms below.

1. Delivery Timelines by Service

We work diligently with our global network of venues, hotels, and event organizers to secure your requests. Once your payment is successfully processed, your digital documentation will be delivered within the following maximum timeframes:

2. How Digital Delivery Works

  • Email Delivery: Upon successful verification of your order, your official confirmation vouchers or digital tickets will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout.
  • Proof of Delivery: The successful transmission of the confirmation email from our servers constitutes full delivery of our service

3. Client Responsibility & Troubleshooting

To ensure seamless delivery of your digital documents, please note the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: Ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct and actively monitored. Medcon is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect email details.
  • Spam and Junk Filters: Digital confirmations occasionally get flagged by automated email filters. If you do not see your confirmation within the specified timeframe, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders before contacting us.
  • Whitelist Us: To prevent delivery issues, we recommend adding our domain (@mediconference.org) to your email safe-senders list.

4. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to complete all confirmations well ahead of schedule, occasional delays may occur due to high venue volume, security verifications, or partner processing times. If you have not received your digital voucher or confirmation within the timeframes listed in Section 1, please contact our support team immediately.
